Nyeko Moses is a UK-trained Mineral Law & Policy Lawyer. Moses holds a Master of Laws (LLM) Degree in Mineral Law & Policy (With Distinction) from the Center for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law & Policy (CEPMLP) at the University of Dundee (UoD)- Scotland (UK). He also holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) (Hons) from Makerere University-Kampala.

Moses specialises in International and Comparative Mineral Law & Policy; Mineral Resources Policy and Economics; International Arbitration; Transatlantic Mineral Resources Negotiations; Environmental Law and Policy for Natural Resources and Energy; structuring, drafting and documenting International mining transactions and also doubles as a sustainability practitioner for Mineral resources development and urban development.

Moses has spearheaded mega Mineral and mining exploration, licensing and mine development transactions among the tripartite (Government of Uganda, Mining Companies and Karimojong and Tepeth [So] host communities in Karamoja Sub-region North-Eastern Uganda) while effectively engaging other stakeholders such as NGOs, CSOs, Media and Academia. Notable among mining companies include: Dao Marble Ltd, Hima Cement Ltd; Mechanised Agro Ltd and Tororo Cement Ltd (TCL). Notable roles include: due diligence and cultural sensitivity (LANDMAN); surface land rights access, compensation, use, and acquisition Negotiations, structuring (share of royalty) drafting and documenting of transactions including Arbitration of host community hostilities. Organising artisans miners among others.
